Today was a day that the kids have been waiting for- kite flying day. Dad was home from work and the Easter bunny had brought kites. It didn't matter that we woke up to snow flurries and temperatures in the 30's, dad had promised and that was it. It did warm up to 37 degrees this afternoon, so after assembling the kites at the dining room table, the kids and their dad were off to 'go fly a kite'. They had a great time in spite of winter coats, hats and mittens.

Love this blog! As an aunt to this wonderful crew, it's hard to be able to see them as often as I would like. But, your blog allows me to feel connected. Thank you for taking the time out of your busy day to keep this important and fun blog updated. My nieces and nephews are wonderful! Their parents are pretty special, too!
