A day of leprechaun fun

The kids were in store for many Leprechaun tricks today on Saint Patrick's day, thanks to the Steve Spangler Leprechaun Science Kit.

The sun was shining brightly this morning, perfect for trying our these Leprechaun rainbow catching beads.

Inside, through the window, this is the result we got from our rainbow catching beads.
(These are also called color changing UV beads.)
Outside in the bright sunshine, with much more ultra-violet rays from the sun, the colors were amazing!

Next, Luke was seeing rainbows everywhere with his neat rainbow glasses.
While the kids were watching the Saint Patrick Veggietale short, Leprechauns snuck into the fridge and turned their pudding green---thanks, Jenny!
I just loved the excitement at this little Leprechaun trick!
Yum!!
We made Leprechaun snow!!
Very fun, and VERY messy!!--It was everywhere!!
Insta worms---perfect for Leprechauns to go fishing with!!
All the fun that came in our Leprechaun Science Kit was well worth the price. There are enough supplies in the kit to repeat these fun activities several times---I plan on taking the whole kit to Grandma and Grandpa's house so the kids can show-off the "magic" they can do!
