Well, with temperatures in the 90's, I didn't feel to bad for Mark as he got back to schoolwork.
We stayed inside in the air conditioning and got busy. I like to have the kids do school in the mornings during the summer so everything isn't forgotten over a long break.
Amy and Laura learned how to make boondoggles. They learned, of course, from their father, our own expert camp counselor.
Amy seems to need a lot of body parts to complete her boondoggle. She does have the coordination for it though.
Laura perfected her technique in a more lady like manor.
Good job girls!

I remember learning to do that! Can you teach Mary-Kate?
ReplyDeleteThey sure can.
ReplyDeleteOh I am soooo jealous - days on a farm. We have not had fun like that since we left Canada 10 years ago.
ReplyDeleteYou too have a wonderful family - don't you wish NY and NC shared a border, eh? Sigh
I guess I will just have to win the lottery - buy a huge travel home and travel across the country meeting all these awesome families leaving comment son my blog.
